A week working between the Center and Villa, quick pops by the beach, taking my little cousins to California Adventure and Alex comes to town from Hawaii! We eat donuts and sing hours of karaoke.

Good morning (I think I used this photo at the end of last week—but hey…it was morning or night…we were exhausted and had to reschedule our flight after our 11 hour journey out of Tahoe.

Fast forward…my phone died and acted up that whole day. I made an appointment at the Apple Store and finally got it working again in the evening after work.

Went to try a “Taiwanese-inspired” menu at a place I haven’t been to kinda near my hood

Food was…ok. 🙂

I recommend the taro icecream and sesame balls tho

It was getting late and we did nearly every ride they were tall enough for at California Adventure so we said goodbye!

Zeen and I continued over to Disneyland

We had some popcorn and went on a few rides for a few more hours before heading back to LA to meet Alex who had arrived from Hawaii

In the morning we took Alex to Blue Star (the Portland donut chain) that has a location in Venice. He misses his Portland donuts…

Had to do an exchange at Uniqlo…so tried some new things on

My saggy pants aren’t the best but I ended up getting the shirt

And the dress. My mom used to tell me I couldn’t wear yellow cuz it was too close to my skin color…hahah which is true, I do have yellow undertones but hey I like yellow and this can be my camo-dress for when I need to disappear in social situations

Alex was in town for an event, so we dropped him off at it and then went to check out Steelcraft, a lil’ pop up corner of shipping crates converted into restaurants
